Santa Julia is the last farm acquired by the JASAL group. Santa Julia is distinguished by its amazing views from the top of the Cerro El Aguila. Its High elevation gives Santa Julia an ideal place for coffee cultivation. During the crop, the cherries develop at a slower time allowing all the sugars to develop more in while the maturation process. Santa Julia is known also for its people. Having people well identified and passionate with working with the farms assures that excellent care is behind each coffee cherry. What also makes Santa Julia an ideal place for coffee cultivation is the micro climate. The farm is surrounded with a Natural forest reserve that gives amazing fresh air and shade for coffee cultivation. The farm is also home for many wild species from beautiful humming birds to the most peculiar dears. Finally it all comes down to variety selection. Bourbon and Pacas, El Salvador native varieties have shown to have an excellent performance on these soils.
